When do I have to pay for the holiday?
You have to pay for your holiday one week before your arrival by filling out the form that will be sent to you by the system.
Can I register my details before arrival?
You can register your details and speed up the check-in process at the hotel by following the instructions in the email you will receive 7 days before your arrival.
What happens in case of cancellation?
In case of cancellation, which must always be sent by email to info@campingriparidigiobbe.it, if the cancellation is received at least 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded (processing time 7 days).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in for accommodations is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; for pitches, from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Check-out for accommodations is from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM; for pitches from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM (except for late check-out by 6:00 PM with payment of half the daily rate).
If you check out before the aforementioned time, as the cash desk is closed, you must have already settled your bill and made arrangements with the management for your departure
Is parking included?
One parking space is always included and guaranteed in the rate. For additional parking spaces, payment must be made at the reception
Is it possible to barbecue on the pitch or near the accommodation?
It's not allowed to light fires in protected natural areas, as it's prohibited by the natural conservation plan
Do you provide a shuttle service?
We do not provide a shuttle service to the city centre; however, the city bus service (Napoleone bus lines) is available, with a stop just opposite Cantine Roveri. You can check the timetables displayed at reception.
Alternatively, you can reach the city centre via the cycle/pedestrian path
We run a passenger transport service during peak beach hours, allowing you to get to the beach by electric vehicle during July and August
Is bed linen included in mobile homes and bungalows?
Bed linen is always included in the ecolodges (with beds made on arrival and weekly linen changes, unless extra changes are requested at an additional cost). Bed linen is not included in bungalows and mobile homes and can either be brought from home or booked in advance, either at the time of booking or by replying to the reminder email you will receive a few days before arrival.
The cost, payable on arrival, is €12 for a double set, €7 for a single set, and €6 for each 3-piece towel set
Kitchen textiles (such as tablecloths, oven mitts, and tea towels) are never provided
Light summer quilts and pillows are provided


What will I find when I arrive at my mobile home/bungalow?
Upon arrival, you will find a welcome residence kit including a sponge, cleaning cloth, dishwashing detergent, gloves, the first roll of toilet paper, an initial supply of waste bags, a small bar of soap, and a small shower gel/shampoo (these items will not be replenished once used up). If booked, towels and bed linen will also be provided, with beds not made. The accommodation is also equipped with a drying rack, separate bins for waste sorting, basic tableware and main kitchen utensils, as well as a broom, floor brush, dustpan, and wash basin.


Is there a charge for final cleaning?
Final cleaning is included in the price but requires the guest to clean the kitchenette and tableware and remove waste from the bins in the accommodation and take it to the central recycling center. Otherwise, a charge of €50 will be applied.
Is there a charge for sun loungers and umbrellas at the pool?
Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool are available free of charge (except for those not staying in bungalows, ecolodges, or mobile homes, who must pay the entrance fee)
Is it possible to bring your own beach umbrella and equipment to the beach?
As this is a public beach, you can always bring your personal belongings to the beach, provided that you remove them at sunset.
Is it possible to rent beach umbrellas and sunbeds on site?
Beach umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented at the beach bar. They will be set up on the public beach by our staff upon payment of the fee at the bar and presentation of the receipt.
Is the seabed very deep?
As this is a high coastline, the seabed slopes quite rapidly, so after the first 4 meters from the shoreline, you can no longer touch the bottom.
Is there a lifeguard service on the beach?
Although this is a public beach, lifeguards are on duty and assistance is available to swimmers, with a watchtower, rescue boat, and first aid equipment.
Is the beach very crowded?
The beach is an amphitheater-shaped bay approximately 400 meters long, bordered at both ends by the promontories of Punta Lunga and Punta Ferruccio. It's a picturesque cove with beautiful colors, considered to be of particular scenic beauty and therefore included among Abruzzo's nature reserves. It's clearly quite popular during the middle two weeks of August and on Sundays. Our guests at the camping village (only 250 people at full capacity) and visitors who access the cove via the municipal path can get there. Since the path is steep and there's only one small parking lot with 50 spots, once those are full, you have to find somewhere else to park, but it's always possible to find a spot for those staying in the holiday village.
Can I take my dog to the beach?
According to local beach regulations, pets are not allowed on beaches that are part of the network of protected natural areas in the Abruzzo region.
Is there a phone line?
Once through the reception area, mobile network coverage is only available for ILIAD users, as there's a repeater at the entrance, while other providers have no signal. If you use another provider, you can make calls and send messages using WhatsApp by connecting to the property's Wi-Fi network.
